Judge orders site data rojadirecta to expert Canal + – Digital Lopez Doriga

The judge of the Commercial Number 1 of A Coruña determined that the Rojadirecta site must deliver on the administrator user and user data usually an expert to be appointed by Canal +.

The lawyer website stressed to provide the administrator user name and password is equivalent to “hand over the keys” of rojadirecta and asked Canal + does not have access to them.

So the judge decided that the username and password are not provided to the television station but only deliver the information in a sealed envelope.
