According to reports the British site The Telegraph , the company recognized that in negotiations with the Hong Kong telco Hutchison Whampoa to close a wholesale agreement that gives access to mobile networks in the UK, Ireland, Italy and the rest of the markets in which the company has mobile operations, with the goal of eliminating the “roaminng” for users when they are outside the United States.
