Why Apple launches a big iPad? We explain in 1 minute – Trade

iPad Pro is the response of Apple to a growing trend in the market for mobile devices: the hybrid or 2 in 1. But not always this segment was the holy devotion of Cupertino.

Back in 2012, when Apple still relished the attention and good response from the iPad, the competition had reacted to the fear that the tablets end with laptops .

It was born so the teams combined power laptops and keyboard interactivity and convenience of touch screens. And that led this new segment was the Microsoft Surface.

Tim Cook, who was barely a year as CEO of Apple, denied any possibility that the company enter this market with a phrase that obviously never the say today: “You can put together a toaster with a refrigerator, but probably will not go to meet anyone”
