Forget about your ex: Facebook lets you edit the sample memories – TN.com.ar

A former partner, one fateful day, a family member or friend who is no longer: are many memories that we may not want to see Facebook. For that reason the social network implemented system to disable its function “On This Day” (A day like today), or to edit it.

For either of the two options, go to facebook.com/onthisday. There you can click on “Notifications” to leave all the memories activated or off . In preferences, however, you can control which things we want to remind us of the social network. There you can activate a “filter” that we would not remember a date or special person.

must click edit and search the date or person you do not want to remember and Ready : Facebook will never show its function “A day like today.”

So the company explained in section edit memories: Your memories are yours, so you can control what you want to see in “A day like today” . The memories include your publications, publications in which you will be labeled, important events and when did you become friends with someone on Facebook. Use these filters to help show significant memories for you in “A day like today,” .
