A group that claims to belong to the group Anonymous has published data 5,400 personnel officers of the National Police in Spain. The data come from a hack to the website of the Mutual Social Security Police (Mupol), which now is closed.

According to El Confidencial reports, the assailants to the web have been several examples of data stolen from a Twitter account created for the occasion and called F ** kPoliceAnonOps. The bulk of the stolen personal data has been published in the online Mega storage platform.
The attack includes names, email addresses, passwords for access to web Mupol and ID numbers. Hackers have posted an online statement which justify its action by the recent trial against the alleged dome Anonymous in Spain. Part of the text of the statement reads as follows:
National Police of Spain, have tried to hurt our brothers with false charges that only shows how corrupt is your institution. Go free of charge because we believe that justice is still healthy in Spain, but you have unleashed the wrath of our legions and today is the day we go to war. We have published a list of members of your “strength” so you can see how thin is the curtain behind which you hide. Make no mistake. With every action has a reaction and we all have to pay for our actions.
