Google search that contained load faster on mobile phones with AMP – Minutouno.com

Google said AMP aims to alleviate access to content from the mobile, as it believes that the current load time can be “frustrating” to the user and even cause it to leave a page before consume the content they wish to access.

“We web pages with lots of content such as videos, animations, graphics, ads loaded instantly and that the same code works on multiple platforms and devices. No matter what type of phone, tablet or device you’re using, “Google said in a statement.

AMP is an initiative concocted to solve this problem and improve the ecosystem of the mobile Web, which was powered by Google with thirty technology companies and content.

Among them, Twitter, Pinterest, WordPress, chartbeat, Parse.ly, LinkedIn, Adobe, New York Times, The Guardian, buzzfeed, Vox and Spanish El País .

APM is an evolution of the web language HTML, also open source and access Free, creating lighter versions of web pages and simplifies the technology behind them. The APM format will be compatible with all browsers and web applications .

The contents will remain housed in servers responsible for these websites, but Google will offer its caches form free for loading these pages faster.

Google published on Github platform technical specifications of APM, which will implement all those content managers who want it.

These are the first steps of the initiative, as Google reported that the final version will not arrive until 2016 .

This move is another indicator of how technology companies are involved in content management, a stream in which also frame the Instant Articles of Facebook, an initiative in which the media directly publish your material in the network rather than on their websites.
