Do you think the iPhone 7 will be a minor update compared to the iPhone 6S? Think again.
According to benchmarks (or performance tests) made an iPhone 7 Apple is preparing to announce Wednesday its most powerful mobile device to date, because the iPhone 7 will perform better than the 12.9-inch iPad Pro.
This will be possible thanks to the iPhone 7 will have dual-core processor, which is possibly the A10. Also, the iPhone 7 will have 2GB of RAM (same amount as the iPad Pro), according to the evidence. The only difference, then, will be the processor and thanks to this is that the iPhone will be more powerful than the iPad Pro.
The reason why this test refer to 2GB RAM is because that would be iPhone 7 4.7 inches, it is believed that the 5.5-inch model, known as iPhone 7 Plus, will have 3GB of RAM and therefore would be more powerful than the device mentioned in the tests.
As for results of benchmarks , the iPhone 7 (identified as iPhone 9.3 in tests), had 3,379 points in the single core test, while in multicore tests, the phone scored 5,495. In comparison, the iPad Pro scored 3,009 and 4,878 points respectively.
The tests also have more interesting information, such as the presence of IOS 10.1 as the operating system running on the iPhone 7. So far, Apple has only made public character information iOS 10 but is very 10.1 iOS likely to be one of the following updates to the operating system.
Apple, as always, has not confirmed anything about this phone. But on Wednesday, September 7, the Cupertino giant will hold an event that is expected to reveal everything about the iPhone.
