From about 400 miles away from the Earth, the International Space Station (ISS) captured last July 26 night image of the Iberian Peninsula spectacular. The photo, released this weekend by NASA , lighting map shows the geography of Spain and Portugal , also of Andorra and the south of France and a portion of Morocco.
The yellow spots correspond to the major urban centers, large capitals. You can also distinguish smaller cities, the crowded coast and you can even imagine where they reach the major rivers such as the Ebro and the Guadalquivir.
