Nasa examines a new crater - No Gag

The U.S. space agency (Nasa) issued a press release announcing the appearance of a new crater on Mars. Thanks to a robot in orbit in the Martian planet, has detected a scar of 30 meters in diameter that caught the attention of specialists. It is believed that the impact of a large rock between July 2010 and May 2012 was to blame for this brand.

NASA estimates that about 200 rocks impact every year on the red planet, but this opportunity has caused interest in specialists for its size.

Camera With Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter robot is able to obtain a high resolution image that can be seen on the official website of the agency.

According to experts, the impact of the rock against the Martian surface yielded a crater 30 meters in diameter ycausó material 15 miles around.
