Apple is facing a lawsuit for not informing users the amount of memory required for its flagship operating system, iOS 8

The legal complaint, announced Friday revolves around the amount of memory the system to another in iPods, iPhones reserves and also iPads.
The complaint has been filed in California by residents of Miami Christopher Paul Orshan Endara and those who say that iOS 8 can occupy up to 23.1% of available memory on some devices of Apple.
In addition, updating iOS devices 7 to 8 can make people lose up to 1.3 gigabytes of memory, according to documents filed with the lawsuit.
Apple has not commented on the lawsuit.
