The web page dedicated to broadcast sporting events, Red Direct , disappeared from the Internet following an order of the Spanish justice.
However, in order to get around the judicial impoundment, the site was renamed “TarjetaRojaOnline” .
The appearance of a new website is nearly identical to its predecessor, but on the cover including the following disclaimer:
“All content on this site is located on third party servers, provided or transmitted by third parties “. “All content of this site,” the notice, “is taken from public Web sites, so this material is considered free distribution and we are not responsible for the misuse that can make the content of our site.”
Note that this move comes in the wake of allegations of television operators alleged infringement of intellectual property rights and unfair competition.
