Microsoft is committed to solving the problems that some users have had with Xbox consoles One Release, some of which have shown errors preventing operation run the games. Microsoft said in a statement sent to GameSpot, “the problem affects a very small number of Xbox One customers are working directly with those affected to get them a console replacement as soon as possible.”
The U.S. company provides users “option to send you a replacement console directly without having to wait for his refund. This means that the client will only have to wait a few days instead of weeks to return to enjoy [console]. “
