LG G5 vs. Samsung Galaxy S7 vs. iPhone 6s: Who has taken the upper hand? – Teknofilo

lg g5 - galaxy s7

the appearance of these three phones is quite different, and in our opinion there are two clear winners – the Galaxy S7 and iPhone 6s – and an aspiring – LG G5 -. that premiered on the use of metal but has not reached the level of beauty of their opponents

All three phones are built of metal but Apple is committed to a slender body and rounded Samsung by combining metal / glass corners and metal body LG for more bland. of the three, only Galaxy S7 guarantees resist a dip ., so a point for Samsung

the Samsung Galaxy S7 and G5 LG have technical specifications which have some notable matches : identical processors (at least in the version with Snapdragon 820, while the version with Exynos 8890 could present a slightly different performance), the same amount of RAM (4GB) and displays with identical resolution (Quad HD 2,560 x 1,440 pixels).

 LG G5 - 8

as for performance, all three phones are extremely powerful and I doubt that any user is able to squeeze the full potential of these phones. Even in the most demanding games, will be difficult to see significant differences between the smoothness with which these three phones move.

As for the screen, Quad HD resolution of the Galaxy S7 and LG G5 is much higher than that of the iPhone screen 6s , although in practice it is not easy to be able to appreciate the difference in sharpness with the naked eye. The screen of the Galaxy S7 is Super AMOLED, so that blacks are deep and the colors are vivid, lie the LG G5 and iPhone 6s opt for LCD screens.

Although it had been rumored Samsung could also incorporate technology 3D Touch (probably under another name), finally has not been so and now this feature is unique to the iPhone 6s (and some Android another phone).

Samsung Galaxy S7 - 3

Both Android phones running the latest version, Marshmallow , but with the different customization layers d. iPhone 6s, meanwhile, runs iOS, so no resemblance at all to his two opponents.

Samsung and LG have decided while incorporating technology screen always active , which makes the screen displays useful information – time, date, battery level and notifications -. at all times even when the phone is locked is not revolutionary functionality (Motorola and Nokia / Microsoft and have used in the past ), but it is an interesting addition that is missing from the iPhone 6s.

Samsung fixed the blunder he made last year to leave the Galaxy S6 without card slot micro- SD, and now the Galaxy S7 does offer this functionality. LG, meanwhile, maintains the micro-SD already offered in the last slot, and the iPhone 6s or are micro-SD slot or hope in the next century.

Samsung Galaxy S7 - 2

LG switches the 2,800 mAh battery while the Samsung and LG phones not we can access the inside. Luckily, Samsung has increased the battery capacity compared to last year’s model (3000 mAh for the S7 model and 3600 mAh for the model S7 edge) and offers wireless charging.

LG has opted for something we had never seen before : a bay that connects to Telephone programs expansion modules such as LG Cam Plus (buttons camera and extra battery) and LG Hi- Plus Fi (high fidelity sound). There is no doubt that this is a major effort to innovation from LG, but in practice we are convinced that they will sell many of these accessories.

Both LG and Samsung have improved their cameras , although with very different approaches. While LG has decided to give the LG a G5 Dual Camera -. 16MP with wide angle of 135 degrees and 8MP, Samsung has chosen to reduce the resolution at the cost of higher quality in low light scenes

 LG G5 - 2

Samsung has also incorporated a new technology called Dual Pixel lets you focus quickly, even in low light conditions. LG, meanwhile, is still committed to the manual controls on your camera software.

At this point it is difficult to compare the cameras of the three phones because to do so would have to use all three at once to take the same photograph. In any case, we feel that all three are going to take very good pictures.

The three phones offer fingerprint reader with a very similar technology, so that differences in this respect are minimal

Finally, it is curious that each of these phones use a different connector . micro-USB for Galaxy S7, USB Type-C for LG G5 and Lightning for iPhone 6s. As much as we talk about unifying the charging connectors, with the advent of USB Type-C we have added a new connector to the equation.

In short, we face three excellent phone with personality. The LG G5 commitment to innovation and accessories, the Samsung Galaxy S7 commitment to development and the correction of past mistakes, and iPhone 6s Plus commitment to design and simplicity.
