Federal-District announced that Google acquired the startup Nest Labs home automation by 3000 200 million, confirmed the company’s CEO, Larry Page said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Fadell and Rogers said in a statement on the company website that” Google will help us to realize our vision of a conscious home and allow us to change the world much faster than we could if we had followed on our own. “Currently, Nest has a team of 25,000 professionals to support regarding the installation of its products in the United States and Canada.
