After moving in last year at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via de L’Hospitalet, this year some of the organized events will fill the historic halls of Fira on Avenida Maria Cristina. “Perhaps it is very risky, because you can grow and adventures diluirte” said John Hoffman, head of the organization of the event.

According to an independent report commissioned by GMA, the Mobile World Congress this year will have an economic impact of 356 million euros, creating 7,220 part-time jobs. Are much higher than the calculated figures last year, when they were about 300 million.

Hoffman explained that the biggest problem last year was detected in the transport, so this year there have been meetings to try to improve links with the Government Railways, buses and taxis. Hoffman has even ironically to the works of the Metro Line 9, which will have a station on the site of exposure: “I hope that in my lifetime end up”
