Upgrading to iOS 8 installed nearly 60% of devices – PoderPDA

Update iOS 8 has been very problematic for Apple despite their availability before had been of the most anticipated by users . Usually in this platform most users having compatible versions are available only the downloadable version. So when it was announced in September last almost 30% of the devices used it, one of the fastest adoptions. As we know, the problems start early and that made for October the later versions were only 47% of the teams. Being in the month of November, the percentage had increased growth.

According to data published on 7 November 8 now iOS has a discharge rate of 56%, representing an increase of 9% over last month. This represents a good pace since the percentage had risen just one percent between September and October when people stopped downloading the first version.

Now iOS7 users reduced their presence by adding 40% when last month accounted for 47% and in September the figure was 49%. It’s still a high number. Previous versions remain virtually unchanged at 5%.

In anticipation of the upcoming release of iOS 8.1.1 is expected to grow in proportion older devices like the iPad 2 and iPhone 4s where many still prefer to use version 7 by slow leaving the system.
