Apple SIM card to connect to any network – Reuters

Apple yesterday introduced its new iPad Air 2, which includes the Apple SIM card that allows you to choose the operator that provides the data rate without changing the SIM.

Apple SIM is present only in the Air iPad 2 with Wi WiFi + Cellular sold in the United States and United Kingdom, thanks to agreements of the Cupertino company with AT & operators,. T, Sprint, T-Mobile and EE

From the settings menu iPad, users can choose the coupon data from the participating operators remain uncompromised. The SIM card will work abroad, accessing offers local operators that have agreements with the operators mentioned above.

Although the card is not officially in the ‘keynote’ yesterday, information has appeared in the information page iPad Air 2 on the website of Apple in its American version.
