New record jump from the stratosphere – TeleCinco.es

Alan Eustace, vice president of Google, has broken the record for freefall jump. The previous record had been achieved in October 2012, Felix Baumgartner, who also became the occasion in the first human to break the sound barrier without mechanical assistance from the 39,068 meters. A record from this Friday, Alan Eustace is located in the 41,420 meters. In total, the leap of Eustace, lasted 15 minutes and has also served to break the record in speed of descent. Shortly after starting their fall special pressure suit recorded the 1,287 miles per hour. Those who have witnessed the feat, explained that it has been hearing the “boom” generated by breaking the sound barrier.
