Drafting TransMedia.cl 29.09.16.- The music service Spotify is in advanced negotiations to acquire SoundCloud, according to a recent report from the Financial Times.
Spotify already has 40 million paying customers and 60 million assets, is the streaming service more popular in the market, doubling to Apple Music and other rivals.
For its part, SoundCloud is recognized in the industry for their strong support to the independent productions and recientemetente also offers streaming on-line.
The company has an investment not less on the part of Twitter that it had injected US$ 70 million in the service.
it Is expected that the confirmation of purchase to happen in the next few days and has not leaked until now the amount involved in the negotiations.
