Samsung introduces its Galaxy Gear: 1.6 inches and 1.9 camera ... - Reuters

Samsung Electronics introduced on Wednesday the Galaxy Gear, the first smart watch South Korean company . It is a new mobile device that will become the “perfect partner” of smartphones’ and ‘tablets’ Galaxy of the company. Has a 1.6 inch Super AMOLED , 1.9 megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory. It will be available in 149 markets on September 25.

Gear Galaxy Experience can be personalized by choice of six colors to be available at launch: black, gray, orange, beige, pink and lime green.

As software, built-in speaker allows users to make calls handsfree directly from the device . Users can also compose messages, create new calendar entries, set alarms and check the weather through S Voice.

also Voice Memo function allows users to capture important thoughts or conversations through the wrist and keep those voice recordings into text on Samsung Galaxy devices. It also includes the feature rumored Find my device , you can locate the clock when you do not know where you are through a beep or vibrating brightening .

also includes applications such as Line, Path, or Evernote Pocket , plus Samsung’s own applications as ChatON and access to Samsung Apps . The Samsung Galaxy Gear will be available with the Galaxy Note 3 in more than 149 countries from September 25 .

Like the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition, Galaxy Gear comes with a privacy enhancement and security protection provided by Samsung Knox. Users can activate Samsung Knox to run and store security-sensitive applications and data within a protected execution environment called Container.
