Astronauts sent New Year message from space – Televisa News

MEXICO CITY, Mexico, in December. 31, 2014.- The crew of Expedition 42, by the commander Barry Wilmore and Flight Engineer NASA, Terry Virts , sent a message from space videotaped Happy New Year for humanity.

The video that was shot on board the International Space Station (ISS) since December 17, was released this day through a link to Youtube because for most countries the New Year begins today.

In the film can be seen at Wilmore and Virts floating in zero gravity, sending messages of congratulations and commenting that the spacecraft will in 16 times closer to Earth, so the date is celebrated by the crew the same amount of time with toast and fruit juice.
