Microsoft gives low Internet Explorer to launch new … – Perú21 Journal

The US software giant, Microsoft, relegate to second place the historical brand Internet Explorer to promote their new browser on Windows 10 OS, according to published The Verge technology website.

Internet Explorer will substitute a new browser in which the company based in Redmond (Washington), is still working and bearing by provisional name Project Spartan.

“We are looking for a new brand or name for your browser in Windows 10,” said the head of marketing for Microsoft, Chris Capossela, corporate meeting in the company held this week in Atlanta (Georgia).

The new browser will be that appear in Windows 10 by default , but Internet Explorer will not disappear entirely and still remain in some versions to ensure compatibility with previous products.

Microsoft has spent years dealing with the problems Internet Explorer image, perceived by many users as problematic and outdated compared to the emergence and consolidation of alternatives such as Firefox, the Google Chrome or Apple Safari, gradually you have been taking market share, especially in smartphones.
