What to do? No charge voice. Simple. We need to rethink the offer. Create packages ‘Marsden’ with free calls Whatsapp (and Facebook, Viber, Line, WeChat, Google+ and the rest to be added); that give the user the feeling that communicate by voice is clear, no matter what tool you use. Calls for LTE encrypted, secure and inviolable, for companies and government? That I can do better than a free application operator.
Partner with Whatsapp and other services to include stops of use, levels of voice quality, additional features of converged communications? Why not!
Plans of mobile and fixed data, including content, video, music, applications, where the voice is included free e ilimitadal for a single monthly cost? Expect no less.
Calls for Whatsapp will require higher capacity plans (said to need about 400 KB per minute) and there’s a business opportunity local operators who are hopefully working on it.
